Ben Pegg

Director

I have been in Estate Agency since leaving school early 2006, and have loved every minute. I have always wanted my own company and opened the doors in August 2020. My main responsibilities are making sure we are doing everything we can to help out clients move and valuing/listing our properties to sell. My biggest satisfaction is handing keys over from the previous, to the new owner knowing that we’ve done what we’ve been asked to do. In my spare time I like to keep busy with fitness, golf and spending time with my partner, our two children and dog ‘Thor’.

 

 

Aimee Shone

Executive

My name is Aimee and I am the partner of Ben Pegg. I have a little boy called Reuben who is 6 and baby boy Reign who is under a year. I have been a mortgage adviser for the past 7 years and I have recently moved across to help Pegg Estates with the day to day running of the business. I love doing what I do because each day is different and being able to help with the running of social media and speaking with vendors makes each day feel productive. 

 

 

Emma Brown

Administrator and Sales Progresser

My name is Emma and i have been in Estate Agency for 23 years since leaving school, managing both Sales and Lettings. One of the greatest advantages for me personally for being in this career, is  seeing the clients smile when they come to collect their keys on completion. I have recently joined Pegg Estates and it has been great and also lovely to work for an Independent family run company. In my spare time i am a very busy mum, and love spending time with my husband, our five children and taking our puppy out on nice walks. 

 

 

 

Chelsey English

Mortgage Advisor

I have been helping my clients with their mortgage and protection needs for the last 8 years and have been in the financial industry for over 10 years. I have a wide range of knowledge and industry experience giving me the tools to be able to help with most if not all scenarios. My aim is and has always been to take away the stress and confusion of the mortgage process from my clients and help them have an enjoyable experience when buy their first home, new home, remortgaging or buying an investment. I have recently had my first little boy Hugo so have been on Maternity Leave for the last 8 months so understand more than ever the need for clients to be flexible. On top of my little boy I have a 5 year old Chihuahua, Penny. So when I’m not working I like to be out usually taking in the fresh sea air on Torquay seafront with my family and dog and relaxing with a coffee whilst people watching by the harbour.

 

 

Laura Briscomb

Sales Negotiator

I have worked as a part time negotiator since October 2022. I enjoy seeing the versatile properties the company has to offer and getting excited showing these to potential buyers. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and going on holiday with my family.

 

 

Charlotte Ellery

Senior Listing Negotiator

Hi my name is Charlotte, I have worked in property since 2018.
I love selling houses, and love listing them even more. It is great meeting different people, seeing their homes and even better going on to then help them find their dream homes. In my personal life I am a mum to two children, and flourish in busy environments both professionally and in my home life. I like to think I am very relatable, trust worthy and always looking for opportunities, all qualities you need in a good estate agent.

 

 

Caitlyn Davies

Sales Negotiator

Hi there! I'm Caitlyn, and I've been immersed in the world of sales for over a year now. I absolutely love the thrill of meeting new people and guiding them through property viewings. It's incredibly rewarding to see all the hard work pay off with smooth and efficient sales. I'm proud to say that my dedication has been recognized with awards for excellence in customer service.
Outside of work, you can find me at a charming fish and chip shop in the heart of Babbacombe. Working there not only helps me save up for my first house but also allows me to stay grounded and connected to my community. Balancing my career aspirations with practical goals is important to me, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me next!

 

 

Jake Wilson

Sales Negotiator

I’m Jake, I started my career as an estate agent last march as an apprentice at Pegg estates, and have now been promoted to a Negotiator. I have loved working with the team as the year has progressed, and have learnt a lot along the way. Being an estate agent I get too meet new people and be nosy everyday, for a living. The most rewarding feeling is that we get to be a part of each clients journey in finding a home. When I’m not working I enjoy sports such as kickboxing and going to the gym.
