“I was recommended Ben by a friend, so I approached Ben to sell my property I had with an ex. It took a while to get on the market due to the ex at the time being difficult, but as soon as Ben had the go ahead he did everything to sell the property which he did pretty quick.
It took longer than I wanted to complete due to the lack of communication from my solicitors and them not giving needed paperwork quicker, the delays from my solicitors to other companies involved, but Ben wow!! “We looked at 3 or 4 Estate Agents when we decided to sell and Ben was the only agent who we really felt understood the unique nature of the market at the time and was willing to get the best price we thought we could. And, within 2 days we had 3 viewings booked and an on offer of full asking price came from the first people to view.

“Better late than never š Cannot fault Ben. In this day and age the art of selling houses has definitely changed. It is massively down to social media now and less going in to estate agent showrooms. We originally had agreed to sell our house with a different agent until our mortgage advisor (Aimee Shone) recommended Ben. From the very first meeting I could tell he was a better fit.
