Ben Pegg

Owner/Director

With a passion for property and a career in estate agency spanning nearly two decades, I have been dedicated to helping clients navigate their home-moving journey since 2006. After years of experience in the industry, I realized my dream of running my own agency and proudly opened our doors in August 2020.

My role is centered around ensuring we provide the best possible service to our clients, from valuing and listing properties to guiding them through a seamless sale. There’s no greater satisfaction than handing over the keys to a new homeowner, knowing we’ve delivered on our promise.

Outside of work, I keep busy with fitness, golf, and quality time with my wife Aimee and our two children.

Aimee Pegg

Executive 

With a background as a mortgage adviser for the past seven years, I have recently transitioned into a new role, assisting with the day-to-day operations at Pegg Estates. I love what I do because no two days are the same—whether it’s managing social media, engaging with vendors, or ensuring the smooth running of the business, every day feels productive and rewarding.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, business owner Ben Pegg, and our two boys, Reuben and Reign. I also enjoy fitness, walking and competing in Hyrox events.

Emma Burrows

Sales Progression Handler & Administrator

With nearly 30 years of experience in estate agency, I have managed both Sales and Lettings since leaving school. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is seeing the joy on a client’s face when they collect their keys on completion—it’s a moment that never gets old.

I joined Pegg Estates in 2022, and it has been a fantastic experience working for an independent, family-run business that truly values its clients and team.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mum who loves spending time with my three children, and our puppy, enjoying long walks together.

Charlotte Ellery

I have been working in property since 2018, and I absolutely love what I do—especially listing homes. Meeting different people, seeing their properties, and helping them move on to their dream homes is incredibly rewarding. In my personal life, I’m a proud mum of two and thrive in busy environments, both at home and at work. I like to think of myself as relatable, trustworthy, and always seeking new opportunities—qualities that are essential in a great estate agent.

With over two years of experience in sales, I thrive on meeting new people and guiding them through property viewings. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the hard work behind a sale come together seamlessly. My dedication to exceptional customer service has even been recognized with awards, which I take great pride in.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me at a charming fish and chip shop in the heart of Babbacombe. Working there not only helps me save for my first home but also keeps me connected to my community. Balancing my career aspirations with practical goals is important to me, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next!

Archie Cooper

Sales Negotiator

Bringing a strong academic and sales background, I have a genuine interest in people and property. I thrive on helping buyers find their next home while achieving the best possible result for our vendors. Whether you’re a first-time buyer looking to get onto the property ladder, a family searching for your next home, or looking to enjoy the next chapter of your life, I’m here to help you find the right property. Outside of work, I’m a keen padel player and can often be found at the Riviera Centre, come rain or shine! I’m also a passionate Fantasy Football player and Manchester United fan, so I’m no stranger to the ups and downs that come with that!

Frederick Thompson

I’m a Sales Negotiator at Pegg Estates and, put simply, I love getting deals done. Whether I’m helping someone find their first home, their next investment, or somewhere they’ve completely fallen in love with, I bring plenty of energy, honesty and determination to the process. I’m a big believer that estate agency is ultimately about people, not just property. I pride myself on being approachable, straight-talking and someone clients can genuinely enjoy working with. Outside of work, I’m happiest climbing, getting outdoors, spending time with friends, or chasing whatever challenge I’ve decided to throw myself into next.
